Welcome to St. John Berchmans School and thank you for your interest in our school!
 
When to Apply
 
St. John Berchmans School encourages NEW families to begin the application process on December 1, 2022 at 9:00am through February 3, 2023 to be considered for the first round of admissions. The required copy of your child's Birth Certificate can be uploaded in your online application. A photo upload from your mobile device is sufficient. A non-refundable fee of $175 must be submitted with each application.
 
How to Apply
 
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the green menu at the top of the page.
 
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
If you need assistance creating an online application, or need access to a computer to complete the online application, please contact Julie Castelli at jcastelli@stjohnberchmans.org

Admission of any child is dependent on the agreement that parents or legal guardians and the child agree to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations of the Archdiocese of Chicago and St. John Berchmans School. The school is operated under the guidelines of the Catholic Bishop of Chicago, a Corporation Sole, in the Archdiocese of Chicago, and admits students of any race, color, sex, religion, nationality and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the school.
